Delivery

I write the letters quickly: same day or the next working day. If you would like an image of the letter please leave in the notes section of the order.  Royal Mail will inform you of delivery times via email.

Shipping Letters and Scrolls

For letters the charge is for a large letter as this will be sent in a protective envelope – 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 : 1-2 working days – £3.60 for letters - £4.19 for scrolls

Royal Mail Tracked 48 : 2-3 working days – £2.70 letters - £3.39 for scrolls

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next Working Day Delivery (Orders Placed on a Mon-Thursday)- £12.50 (This requires a signature) – Orders need to be placed by 11 am Monday to Thursday to receive the next day. Example: If a Next Day Delivery order is placed on a Friday after 11 am it won’t be dispatched until Monday. Before 11 am it will be dispatched but may not arrive until Monday.

For Bulk Items the cost for postage will be higher depending on weight. 

USA / Australia / New Zealand : We post by AIRMAIL (‘International Standard’). Typically this takes TWO WEEKS to arrive but please allow THREE WEEKS as there often seems to be delays in customs. 

No customs duties for US orders — all import fees are covered by me.

Europe within EU: The cost is £10.75. We post by AIRMAIL (‘International Standard’) which should mean delivery in approximately 7-10 days  but please ALLOW TWO WEEKS. Please be aware of potential local taxes / duties being charged.
