Delivery and Shipping

Each order is prepared with care and dispatched thoughtfully to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within one to two working days. During seasonal or particularly busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly. Any changes to standard dispatch times will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.

Delivery Services

All orders are sent using Royal Mail and include tracking for your peace of mind. Your letter will be carefully placed inside a padded envelope to keep it protected throughout its journey.

Delivery options available at checkout include:

• Tracked 48, which typically arrives within two to three working days

• Tracked 24, which typically arrives within one to two working days

• Next Day Delivery, available for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Thursday

If Next Day Delivery is selected on a Friday, your order is likely to arrive on the following Monday. In some cases, and depending on your local sorting office, delivery may take place on Saturday, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary depending on the size and nature of your order. The appropriate delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International Delivery

International delivery options are available and will be shown at checkout. All international orders are sent with tracking wherever possible.
