Returns & Refund Policy

At Handwritten Letters, each order is personalised and crafted with care. As per the UK Distance Selling Regulations, personalised items are exempt from refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind after purchase.

By placing an order, you are entering into a contract agreeing to these terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details, including spelling, are correct at the time of ordering. A confirmation email will be sent after purchase, and we are not responsible for any spelling errors provided in your order.

If your order arrives damaged in the post, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, including the packaging. I will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

If you need to report a damaged item, please email clare@handwrittenletters.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the damage.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
