How It Works

Every piece created by Handwritten Letters is written entirely by hand, with care, intention, and attention to detail. The process is simple and considered, allowing space for words that matter.

For Letters and Scrolls

Choose your wax seal, if desired. Wax seals are applied as standard to scrolls and may be selected as an optional finishing touch for letters.

Fill in the text box with your characters for your letter or scroll. Please note that this includes paragraphs.

Add your selection to the basket. For longer pieces, additional characters can be added using the drop-down list. When extra characters are selected, the text will be written as one complete letter or scroll.

Your piece will then be written by hand, crafted with care, and prepared for dispatch.

For Memorabilia Letters

For selected memorabilia letters, including Alicia letters, no written text is required. Simply provide the name and address for the envelope, along with the opening line for the letter.

For Harry Potter letters, only the recipient’s name is required.

Each memorabilia letter is written by hand and finished with care, creating a keepsake intended to be kept and treasured.

For Place Cards

Please enter the list of names exactly as you would like them written. Ensure that the number of names provided matches the quantity of place cards purchased.

Each place card is written by hand, with attention given to consistency and presentation across the full set.
