Returns Policy

You may return an item at any time within 30 days of placing your order unless the goods you have ordered are made to order, bespoke or is a sale item. 

If goods are damaged or faulty, return costs will be covered by Clare Chenery on the condition a proof of postage receipt is provided by the customer and the customer has used a fairly priced standard delivery service to return goods. 

If goods are being returned for any other reason, the return costs must be covered by the customer. The customer must take all measures to ensure the goods are returned in a good, resell-able condition (including all original packaging)
